Your private guide and car will pick you up from your Hobart accommodation or cruise ship terminal and take you out to Nant Distillery and Estate at the foothills of the Tasmanian Highlands in Bothwell. Their convict build estate and historic farm buildings is an idyllic location for sampling their single malt whiskies.
Next on the itinerary is a tasting and lunch at the Old Kempton Distillery located within historic Dysart House at Kempton. Their cellar door menu focuses on locally sourced produce, one of their most popular meals being their antipasto platters. They produce whisky, apple liqueur, gin, vodka and lavender malt.
Last stop is Tasmania’s multi international award winning Sullivans Cove Distillery at Cambridge just outside of Hobart. Here you will be able to taste their fine small batch whisky made using traditional methods and 100% Tasmanian ingredients.
